Albert is Managing Director of Analytics at Allshares. Prior to his current role, Albert led the international expansion of Novare Pay Consulting in Norway and the United Kingdom. He has extensive experience working with clients on compensation benchmarking and incentive design. Albert holds a BSc degree in Finance and Information Systems from Suffolk University. He is based out of Allshare’s London office.
