Emma has over 10 years of experience in long-term incentive plan and variable pay design and in corporate finance. She is specialized in global share plan design and communication, as well as financial sector incentive plan regulation and advisory. Emma serves as an advisor for listed and financial sector company Boards, management and investors. Emma holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Hanken Svenska Handelshögskolan in Helsinki.
